Winburne brings over twenty years of strategic marketing and tactical business development experience with middle-market and major public companies. She is adept at recognizing game-changing opportunities for businesses and enjoys a reputation for developing, cultivating and nurturing trust-based relationships with successful entrepreneurs and CEOs of privately-held companies.

Prior to joining the Chief Outsiders team, Winburne spent several years demonstrating her expertise in the financial services field through her work at Wells Fargo. As a wealth consultant for Wells Fargo Private Bank, she provided sophisticated wealth enhancement and management advice to individuals with a net worth of a minimum of $5 million per year and family offices managing a minimum of $50 million. Winburne was responsible for assigning teams of experts to each client to deal with such sensitive and critical issues as trust and estate services, private banking, investment banking, insurance, family dynamics, financial planning and reporting, and portfolio management.

Winburne had already demonstrated a comparable savvy for working with corporate clients as Vice President of Business strategy for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking. In this position she was responsible for providing entrepreneurs and leaders of middle-market companies with the financial innovations, tools, products and services they needed to build their fledgling businesses into thriving enterprises. By this point Winburne had already gained a first-hand understand of the specific needs and demands of entrepreneurship as the founder and leader of her own company. As President of Financial Transitions Group from 2003 to 2005, her fellow entrepreneurs benefited immensely from the strategic insight and long-term vision she provided in the form of fee-based financial planning for these clients.

Winburne also has an impressive track record as a marketing leader and strategist. She served as National director of Sales & Marketing at Baker Robbins & Company. Her resounding success as leader of this privately-held middle-market company's sales and marketing efforts contributed to the growth of Fortune 1,000 general counsel offices and top-200 law global law firms through the implementation of innovative technology solutions. For her efforts she was presented with the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" Award in 2000.

Winburne's early career includes successful runs as Marketing Vice President at First Data Corporation and Vice President of Marketing at Bank of America.
