With a track record of guiding businesses, brands and people toward success, Don Lee joins Chief Outsiders after spending more than 20 years as a C-level executive with growth-oriented professional services enterprises. Don is lauded for delivering high-impact marketing solutions through the use of his unique combination of engineering, operations, marketing and business development experience in a bid to drive organizational change and lead teams to success. Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer at Clark Hill, Don Lee helped the law firm increase its revenues by $100 million while creating record profits and moving the firm into the AMLaw 200 ranking. His legacy included the creation of a marketing department that was 20 percent more efficient than industry standards. Prior, Lee was the CMO at Modern Engineering, where he led the executive team in developing a corporate vision, values, strategic objectives and goals that was the compass for achieving 30 percent revenue growth each year under Lee’s leadership. In addition to his Chief Outsiders duties, Lee is the managing partner of a social enterprise fund, IMPACT3.
