Prior to his hiring at Chief Outsiders, Oldham led Global Demand Marketing as Vice President at Infor, a multi-national enterprise software company and the largest privately-held technology provider in the world. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and CMO at Tessco Technologies, a wireless distributor and manufacturer, as well as Vice President of Digital Engagement at the American Red Cross and Associate Vice President of Marketing at Zurich Insurance.
During his esteemed executive career, Oldham has recorded a wealth of significant successes, including the implementation of a marketing platform for Tessco Technologies that delivered multi-million dollars in top-line value; and the creation of digital marketing strategy at the American Red Cross that fostered exponential boost in online donations and garnered multi-million dollars in incremental revenue. His additional achievements include a marketing practice transformation that raised pipeline revenue and opportunities by $100M within 6 months; and a significant commerce and lead generation implementation that drove more than $1B in new revenue opportunities in 18 months.

Oldham earned a B.A. in Telecommunications Management from Indiana University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also holds three patents in web design and business process and has won two ECHO awards for outstanding campaign design.
