In earlier engagements as VP of Sales at Johnson & Johnson Consumer, he drove the turnaround of a $650 million division to generate the first annual profit in 5 years. As Vice President of Merchandising at Drugstore.com and Beauty.com, he launched and scaled the business from $0 to $140M in three years, taking the company public.

Most recently, as VP of Marketing at investor-sponsored Sunless, Inc., Concannon generated sales of $50 million with 19% EBITDA, resulting in a successful exit of the professional B2B and B2C beauty and skincare company.
