Kelly Megel to partner with CEOs to accelerate growth across consumer products, technology, retail, and financial services companies as a Chief Outsiders fractional CMO and Executive Coach & Advisor.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – August 21, 2026 – Kelly Megel, a growth-focused marketing executive and GM leader will now apply her B2C and B2B consumer products, technology, retail, and financial services industry knowledge to drive client revenue growth as a Fractional CMO for Chief Outsiders. Megel recently joined Chief Outsiders’ team of more than 100 Fractional Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Fractional Chief Sales Officers (CSOs).

Consumer Products Marketing Leadership

As a Chief Outsiders Consumer Products focused Fractional CMO, Megel brings deep industry experience to accelerate growth at client companies.

Prior to joining Chief Outsiders, she led a $2B global portfolio and drove $40M in incremental revenue through product innovation and international expansion for SharkNinja. As CMO of True Value, she built new commercial growth engines for 4,500+ independent retailers, including a $10M services opportunity plus a Retail Media Network and performance media plan that delivered $4.2M EBITDA in year one.

Megel’s impressive executive marketing experience also includes roles as Chief Marketing Officer at Wayfair Specialty Brands, GM/VP Marketing for SharkNinja, and Vice President, Marketing at Discover Financial Services. Prior roles include Global Vice President at EnergyBBDO for Bayer Consumer Health and Pearle Vision and Global Director at FCB NYC/Chicago for Mondelez / KraftHeinz businesses.

To support her successful executive marketing career, Megel earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She also double majored in Advertising and Telecommunications at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
