Strategic Deployment

Hoshin Kanri is a 7-step process used in strategic planning in which strategic goals are communicated throughout the company and then put into action. Translated from Japanese, Hoshin Kanri aptly means "compass management". The cyclical process is a way to plan for the future, not just to react to what is happening now. It ensures objectives from senior management are effectively communicated, implemented, and measured throughout the organization for successful execution. Widely used in large global corporations, we will present the fundamentals as well as tricks and tools that will enable use for all sized organizations.
