Accomplished Manufacturing Leader to Accelerate Global Sales for Chief Outsiders Clients

With a track record of growing sales in automotive, defense, and industrial manufacturing companies, Gerry Giudici joins Chief Outsiders as a fractional CSO.

DETROIT, MICHIGAN – December 11, 2025 – Gerry Giudici, a senior manufacturing executive with expertise in line-of-sight strategic and cultural alignment, will now apply his deep manufacturing industry knowledge to take client sales to the next level as a Fractional CSO for Chief Outsiders. Recently, Giudici joined Chief Outsiders’ team of more than 100 Fractional Chief Sales Officers (CSOs) and Fractional Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs).

With a focus on business development and operations management, he leads privately held, family-owned, and private equity sponsored middle-market businesses. A hands-on leader, he establishes a high-performance culture focused on developing new leaders as well as operational and financial Improvement.

Manufacturing Sales Leadership

At Chief Outsiders, Giudici works with the CEOs of PE-backed, early-stage, and mid-Market manufacturing companies to accelerate sales growth. Whether delivering global revenue growth or building organizations for successful exit, his focus is on maximizing sales performance.

Prior to joining Chief Outsiders as President at a private-equity sponsored defense contractor, Giudici grew revenue 15% (CAGR) over five years by expanding its customer portfolio, developing new programs, and pivoting to new markets. And as President/CEO of a supplier of custom-engineered drivetrain systems to defense, commercial, and industrial markets, , he drove $5.5 million in new revenue by forging new markets in Turkey, India, South Korea, Brazil, South Africa, and Ukraine.

Giudici’s executive sales leadership experience  includes roles as President of Onodi Tool & Engineering, President at Barden Brook Capital, LLC, CEO of Fabco Automotive, Vice President at General Dynamics Armament & Technical Products, and CEO at Axletech International (A General Dynamics Company). Prior roles include Vice President, Global Business Development at Axletech International and Vice President, Operational Effectiveness for Teksid Aluminum, as well as various leadership roles at Chep Global Automotive Services, TRW Automotive, Allied Signal Safety Restraints, Delphi Automotive Systems, and General Motors.

To support his successful executive and sales leadership career, Giudici earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Industrial Administration from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) in Flint, Michigan.
