Chadwick – the lead marketer on the team behind the aggressive growth of AAA Arizona – has joined Chief Outsiders, with the goal of facilitating similar successes for clients of the “Executives-as-a-Service” firm.
With more than 20 years of experience managing high-performing marketing organizations, Chadwick joins Chief Outsiders on the heels of a successful stint as VP of Marketing at AAA Arizona. While there, Chadwick implemented strategies which boosted club revenue from $75M to over $125M, while growing membership and each of the company’s business lines, averaging 7%-11% annual top line growth over nine years.
Throughout her storied career, Chadwick has excelled at leading organizations through complex situations. A business, marketing and brand strategist, Chadwick utilizes deep experience in corporate, growth, startup and agency settings to drive strategic planning, innovation, brand positioning, customer acquisition and revenue growth in highly competitive markets.
With Chief Outsiders, Chadwick hopes to work with SMB and mid-market companies in the technology, financial services, insurance, SaaS, professional services and consumer products verticals to help them exceed aggressive growth goals through insights and innovative marketing strategies.
