Ricky Holloman Biography

Ricky Holloman is an experienced business executive specializing in the areas of strategy development, marketing, business development, and technology capabilities. By leveraging these skills in the fields of technology, energy and industrial applications, Holloman has pursued a distinguished three-decade career and performed critical leadership positions for companies such as Expro Group, PowerWell Services and Halliburton Energy Services.

Most recently, Holloman acted as Vice President Strategic Marketing for Well Testing at Expro Group, the largest global company in the surface well testing services industry. This company offered well surveillance products and services as well as convenient clamp-on products to measure well flow. Following  the UK-based service company's 2006 acquisition by PowerWell Services, Holloman served as a member of an integration management team,  developing a strategic plan that enabled the company to explore new production markets and purchase innovative metering technology. He defined the company's services offering, helped develop a business plan and strategy for its global services model, and saw to it that the regional operations and sales structure implemented his ideas.

Prior to Expro Group's acquisition, Holloman had served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Global Account Management, Sales, and New Technology Development for PowerWell Services. During his time at PowerWell, Holloman developed and implemented corporate branding strategies to create industry awareness and acceptance of the new global flow management company. He spurred business growth by pushing for investment in new technology and by combining technologies from different divisions to create a leveraged technology portfolio. Holloman’s leadership helped grow the business from $125 million in revenue with 850 employees globally to over $280 million in revenue with 2500 employees globally, all within a 24-month period. The exit strategy was achieved in less than two years, culminating in the sale to Expro Group. Holloman also travelled extensively in support of international business and to evaluate acquisition candidates.

Holloman was able to build the groundwork for his current broad base of knowledge and skill thanks largely to a dynamic 20 years at Halliburton Energy Services. During these years he held a variety of management positions in technology, marketing, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. As Global Finance Manager where he served as a member of a management team responsible for a $400 million business unit within Halliburton. Holloman played a crucial role in achieving business unit goals by providing financial analysis, business planning, strategic planning and recommendations. Holloman was also a member of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions group and acted as Product Manager/Strategic Business Manager.
