Initial Consult
One of our Managing Partners will review and quickly assess your challenges and opportunities for growth.
Fractional Match
Then, we match your needs to relevant fractional CMOs or CSOs, and you select one or two for a deep dive session, where they ask additional questions and provide recommendations.
Growth Plan
Based on approach and cultural fit, you make your final CMO or CSO selection, and they create a customized statement of work for review and discussion.
Quick Start
At this step, you sign, and your CMO or CSO gets started in days. All Chief Outsiders agreements allow clients to cancel with 30 days' notice.
