Craig Oldham Biography 

Craig Oldham is an accomplished Senior Marketing Executive and Consultant with more than 20 years of success across the telecom, insurance, financial services, software, and advertising industries. Leveraging extensive experience executing transformational strategies to turn marketing team cost centers into revenue machines that drive bottom-line results and ROI, he is a valuable asset for companies seeking expert advisory in the areas of digital marketing transformation, lead generation, branding architecture, or talent development issues. His broad areas of expertise include digital marketing, e-commerce optimization, operations, branding, talent development, B2B, analytics, CRM, MarTech, continuous improvement, and strategic partnerships. 

Throughout his executive career, Mr. Oldham has held leadership positions at organizations including Mahdlo, Infor, Tessco Technologies, American Red Cross, Zurich Financial Services, Allstate, Sprint, and Ameritech/SBC. As Principle with Mahdlo since 2017, he leads consulting services to help clients drive incremental value from their marketing practices, has worked with a CEO on go-to-market strategy to target CMOs looking to build a better MarTech strategy, and was hired by the CMO of Infor to transform the software company’s global demand generation strategy to drive efficiency in acquisition costs. This follows four years as Senior VP/CMO with Tessco Technologies, where he was recruited by the CEO to transform the distribution brand and reposition it as a value-added services firm to enhance the margin profile. Here he implemented a digital marketing platform that delivered $6M+ in top-line value, created the company’s first digital integrated lead gen platform to deliver $2M in the first three months, and launched new digital experiences to generate an incremental 5% revenue increase in a declining market. He previously spent four years as VP of Digital Engagement & Commerce with American Red Cross, where he was recruited by his former leader at Allstate to transform the digital go-to-market strategy. Here he worked with local and national leaders to relaunch the online digital platform, generated a 40% boost in online donations, and delivered $38M in incremental revenue with programs including paid search, online advertising and mobile donations. He earlier held leadership positions at Zurich North America, Allstate, and with various telecom companies.

Craig holds a BA in Telecommunications Management from Indiana University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
