  • Drove an increase in monthly profitability of $1 million (during 3 months) as the company went from losing $500K per month to making $500K per month. This was accomplished through improved strategic brand planning, impactful marketing plan development, optimized supply chain efforts, creation of new products, different customer selling approaches, and improved operational efficiencies.
  • Delivered a 50% increase in sales for CPG brand while driving EBITDA increase of $20M over two year period.
  • Optimized a product line for a Foodservice supplier, reducing costs over 30% and keeping a major strategic customer. Used digital efforts to gain a 20% SOV significantly higher than the previous market share of 2.7, resulting in Facebook Likes of 294K for a CPG brand and a CRM database of 30K.
  • As interim CEO, led dramatic culture change at a non-profit organization, developed the strategic plan and budget, targeted and gained a $100K grant, and addressed congressional committees to gain support for our program.
  • Drove strategic SKU rationalization across private label and branded product, resulting in profitability increase in excess of $1 million.
